About Ikebukuro
Ikebukuro is one of Tokyo's multiple city centers, found around the northwestern corner of the Yamanote Loop Line. This city offers plenty of entertainment, shopping and dining opportunities.
While not as large or well known as Akihabara, Ikebukuro is also a center of 'Otaku culture). Unlike Akihabara, Ikebukuro caters more to a female clientele with butler cafes and anime, manga and cosplay related shops such as Animate, Mandarake and K-nooks.

In Ikebukuro, there are;
・Sunshine City - a large shopping and entertainment complex which contains shops and restaurants, an aquarium, planetarium, museum, indoor theme parks. The focal point of the complex is the 240m high observation deck.

I own some apartments in Shinjuku and Ikebukuro area, each one located within walking distance from stations. I warmly welcome from a single traveler to a big family!!
I take all the feedback seriously and trying to improve my services step by step, day by day.
After each feedback, I go and have a look at each room and consider what makes it more comfortable for all the guests.
If my guest doesn't like the curtain, if the bed creaks, if the carpet has a stain, I replace them right away.
This looks pretty usual for you, the guests but I do know not every host does this.
I'm starting from the smallest thing to be a better host.
