Located 100 km from İzmir Airport and 17 km from Kusadasi, Zeytindali is a family establishment designed and built with families in mind. Spanning over 13.000 m2, Zeytindali provides living quarters within 5.000 m2 with a seasonally open pool, hot tub and unique lounging areas in the luscious garden like the bespoke cocoon chairs under the willow tree. The space
Zeytindali ranch has two detached villas: Villa Zeytin and Villa Lavanta. Guests will be accommodated in the year-round heated & cooled Villa Lavanta, shown in the pictures. Villa Zeytin belongs to the owners, but is very rarely occupied during winter months. Owners are likely to be present between June - August. Villa Lavanta will be privately yours, but the common areas such as the pool, garden and patio may be shared with the owners during your stay.

The 2-story private villa has amazing views of the Güzelcamli National Park, Aegean sea and Samos island. The amenities ensure a perfect holiday experience, whatever your needs. Families can have a peace of mind while the kids enjoy the pool, play house, sand box and the trampoline. Big groups can enjoy the pool bar and the barbecue, while romantic couples can enjoy a sunset in the hot tub, without ever leaving the secluded premises. The pool is open seasonally between May and Mid-September, but the hot tub is ready to use year-round.

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs: 1 master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom and 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 with double bed, all featuring closets and ceiling fans. 4th bedroom has 2 single beds. 2 cribs for infants can be provided upon request. The air-conditioned living room and open kitchen provide dining space for 8 people, and lounging area complete with a Satellite TV, a selection of English & Turkish books and Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is equipped with an induction burner, tea kettle, espresso machine and toaster. There are two high chairs available if you need them and the villa has kid safety doors indoors for the stairs. There is a washer/dryer, iron and many other necessities available to make sure your holiday feels like home.
