SPECIAL NOTE: Absolutely no smoking, vaping of other drugs allowed on this property. Please do not book this property if anyone in your group smokes or vapes.
Short walk (600 M) to the beautiful Havelock North Village centre. The hardest part of the walk is up the 130M drive. :-)
One bathroom - flat floor shower with rail, toilet also has hand rail. Another toilet downstairs
Full Kitchen NB: NO DISHWASHER.

Other things to note
There are only beds for five people. If you wish to bring an additional couple, we can put up a double bed in the basement - summer only probably. Talk to us about that.

Havelock North is nestled in the foothills of Te Mata Peak in the sun-drenched region of Hawkes Bay. This really is the food and beverage basket of New Zealand, from beef and lamb, to veges and fruit, wine and beer, and cheeses in abundance. Hastings & Napier are the premier Art Deco locations in New Zealand. The Village has an abundance of cafes and restaurants. There is much to do in Hawkes Bay for all ages, from Splash Planet in Hastings (Unfortunately currently closed due to Covid19 restrictions). There is a great children's playground in the Village, and another one with a splash pad in Cornwall Park in Hastings. There are many other attractions in Napier along the Marine Parade. Cape Kidnappers has a gannet colony as well as a Golf Course which is in the top 50 across the world.

During your stay

We will always endeavour to meet you on arrival. We live right next door and you drive past our place to access the BnB.
If we can't greet you on arrival, there will be a key box on the veranda and we will give you the code as needed. There is an information sheet in the home giving you all the information you need.
We change bed linen and towels on day five of your stay. If you require them more frequent than that, we will organise that but it will incur an additional fee.
