Located on the Kentucky River within walking distance of the Kentucky State Capital and a 5 minute drive to Buffalo Trace Distillery and 15 minutes to Woodford Reserve Distillery. Approximately 30 minutes to downtown Lexington and University of Kentucky, 25 minutes to Keeneland Race Track, 45 minutes to Louisville.

We are located in the heart of bourbon country! Our place is the perfect spot to access a majority of the stops on the Bourbon Trail. All guests receive a 10% discount to Goodwood Brewery which is located directly under the apartment.

Downtown Frankfort is a lovely place to stay! We are located right on the Kentucky River, just a couple of blocks from the Kentucky State Capital building, Rebecca Ruth Candy, a vintage diner, a bakery and an ice cream shop. There are several bars within walking distance, the Kentucky History Center and lots of neat downtown shops. We are in the heart of downtown and you can easily walk to all of these places in less than 15 minutes.
