Self contained modern open plan cottage with one large en-suite bedroom, immaculate re-furbished kitchen with lovely dining area and wood burning stove. Adjacent cosy sitting room leading to secluded patio garden.

2 minutes walk to the the shops including the Brown Sugar cafe which serves a lovely breakfast and all day dining. Nearby are hotels/restaurants/swimming pool. Town centre is 10/15 mins walk with many pubs/restaurants with live music. 25k of National Park to explore nearby.

The space
We recently completely refurbished the cottage which is centrally located. We are well located for shops, restaurants and bars, all within either 2 mins or 10/15 mins walk into central Killarney. There is free on site parking. The cottage consists of a kitchen with dining area, separate sitting room, en-suite double bedroom. The sitting room leads out to a secluded patio/garden area which is a real sun trap on warm days .

You can easily walk to the beautiful National Park, see Ross Castle and enjoy the splendour of the mountains and lakes in front of you. Easy access to Muckross House, Torc Waterfall and further onto the Gap of Dunloe and Moll's Gap, both giving you stunning views of the countryside.

My husband and I run a car business nearby so I am always on hand to answer any queries . We are close to the vibrant town of Killarney where there are numerous restaurants and pubs, a number of which have traditional Irish music bands playing. Our cottage is a 10/15 walk from Killarney train station where you can get a train to Dublin, Cork and Limerick. The bus station is also close to the train station.

I am a Killarney native and passionate about the vibrant town of Killarney and surrounding areas in Kerry. Hiking is my first love and in Killarney we are lucky enough to be surrounded by mountains and parks. I live, with my husband and two rescue dogs, a short distance from the lodge which has recently been fully modernised and refurbished throughout.
