Cozy, newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment, with its own entry in a 130 year old historic home. The space where this apartment is located was originally a woodworking shop for the owner of the home. It’s been converted to living space for several years now.
Located in a central Northside location close to walking trails, walking bridge and downtown.

Construction is taking place on the property and there is the possibility of noise Monday-Friday 7-430
