A new bright and airy property built adjacent to owners semi completed house. The landscape is very rustic but currently under development. However, Bernice Casa is cozy, airy and bright, private, comfortable home away from home. The property is open planned and self contained with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, breakfast bar/work space. Bathroom has a shower and optional heated water unit. Towels, bed linen, guest soaps, washing machine at a minimal charge. The outdoor terrace is designed for guests to enjoy and relax in the sun or under the stars while having a cool beer. Handcrafted wooden seated cubes and a reversible board game table made by the owner. A tiny Eco Garden with fresh herbs, medical plants and selected vegetables when available.

The location of the property is situated at the point of Discovery Bay, which overlooks the scenic view of the Caribbean Seas. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, however, the area is under development with new beautiful properties being built, which adds character to Discovery Bay Point.
The short hill to enter Discovery Bay point is very steep and windy, but once at the top you begin to experience the Caribbean Ocean breeze and view.
