WITHOUT RUNNING WATER & LOCATED ON A HUSKYFARM

The Tipi is equiped with an double bed and electricity. The outdoor toilet is just next to the tipi. Inside the tipi there is an electric heating.

For cooking you can use the bbq hut (kota) and for washing you can use the Sauna. There could be other guests at the farm during your stay.
Kota & Sauna is shared usage.

The space
IMPORTANT INFORMATION. All about your stay: from Sauna to Cooking.
- Please read all of it -

° FIREWOOD
One box of firewood is included per day.
If you need more firewood it is 6 Euro/ box

° SAUNA
is heated with a firewood oven. The heating takes about 45
minutes. You need to heat it up yourself. If you are not used to heat a
firewood Sauna, we will help you.
There will be candles and a little light. Please bring your own Headlamp,
especially for the darker nights.

° HOT POT (Palju)
The tipi is located at a silent place (no neighbours), directly at a lake.
You can rent the HotPot/ Palju for the whole day (75 Euro/heating).The price includes: water fee, cleaning, wood costs and heating expenditure (it takes about 4 hours to heat it up)

° OTHER GUESTS AND US
We are living on the same property. There is another guest cabin, that could be rented. Sauna and Kota are shared in their usage, if there should be other guests during your stay.

° DOGS
Because we are running a huskyfarm please be aware, that you could hear the dogs during the day. You can join the work with the dogs
but if you wish for: you will have an peaceful and quiet place.
We will not disturb.

° COOKING
is just possible inside the bbq-hut (Kota). You can just cook on an open fire.
There is NO kitchen or anything else.
There is just one pan, and one tea pot as cooking equipment. If you wish,
you can borrow more equipment (plates, glasses, cuterly, etc.). Please take
care of the cleaning then.
Please ask BEFORE your arrival, if we can offer what you need to cook.

° NO RUNNING WATER
The only possibility to wash yourself is inside the sauna. Therefor we will
offer you hot water anytime you need it.
There is also no running water on the outdoor toilet

Guest access
You can use the Kota, Sauna and lake without any restrictions. If you want to meet the dogs inside the kennel, please let us know in advance so we can accompany you. A tour at our unique dogplace (the dogs are living 24/7 together as family groups in a big fenced area) is available for a voluntary fee.
Including a meet&cuddle with the dogs, as well as participation in the feeding. You can determinate the value of this unique experience and pay at the end of your stay.

Perfect spot for Aurora Borealis. Close to the next town (Ivalo), but still far enough away to see beautiful northern lights right from your bed. Watching out of the big panorama window. We dont have direct neighbours, but we are also living on the property.
