Comfortable and private garden room in the lovely seaside town of Scarborough. Private annex at the bottom of the garden consisting of a living area, modern shower room and separate bedroom. Recently redecorated.
In a peaceful neighbourhood on a quiet road with on road parking available. Very close to Scarborough hospital, local amenities and bus routes.
Mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a simple breakfast provided.

The space
You will have access to your private annex via the footpath to the left of the house. Inside you will find your own living area with sofa, TV, WiFi, wardrobe/drawers and mini-fridge. Through one door you will head into your comfortable bedroom and through the other you will find a modern shower room.
Just outside your own patio doors you will have access to a outdoor dining area where you can enjoy the garden. In the evening this area is lit with lanterns to provide an atmospheric environment.

For those in need of accommodation near to the hospital, this is just a short walk away and you are welcome to leave your car outside of our property during your stay.
For those visiting for leisure, a number of local walks are available including 25/30 minute wander down to the beach, taking in the characterful Peasholm Park on route.
Nearby access to the Cinder trail for longer walks or cycling. Outside bike storage is available behind the property (please bring your own lock if required as bikes are still left out at your own risk). For those who enjoy mountain biking, Raincliffe wood's trails are just around the corner and Dalby Forest is just a 25 minute drive away.
Scarborough is full of fantastic sights and places to eat, we are happy to make recommendations and suggest outings.
