Welcome to your private oceanfront getaway

Nestled in a (distanced) private area of our property awaits this 40 foot rustic/industrial style converted bus.

Take in the ocean view of the Sooke Basin and the mountains of Washington state across the strait of Juan De Fuca.

Enjoy a visit from our dog, Argo, who lives on the property and loves our guests (and attention).

During fair weather you can enjoy the immediate beach access, go for a light kayak, or paddle board on the ocean.

The space
-Enjoy beautiful soft bedding and black-out blinds in the main bedroom for a few extra hours of rest if needed. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Streaming, and Disney+ at your whim!
-Full high-speed wifi connection, great for zoom calls/ working professionals.
-A bar for eating or getting some work done on the laptop.
-High-efficiency heat pump to keep you warm in the winter and cool on those hot summer days
*Note: there is currently not a proper family dining table, only cafe-style seating plus table and bar seating.

Where you’ll be

Sooke, British Columbia, Canada

Saseenos in a relatively warm area of Sooke. We have our own micro-climate created by the Sooke Basin which provides ideal conditions for growing fruit and vegetables. This area of Sooke was exploited in the early 1900s as prime land for orchards. You will still see many properties in the area with Apple, Pear, and cherry trees.
