Genesis is a tiny RV home, it was built in 2018 with great care and workmanship. Built for off the grid living if desired. Two room design with high ceiling for the tallest of our guests. Windows everywhere to fully experience the woods and waters on the property surrounding you.
We have a two day minimum stay. You will have access to sparrow creek, the White River and our own private Lake Mills which has been here over 100 years. You can fish anytime during your stay.

The space
We provide a small kitchen set, small regular coffee and tea pot. coffee and tea ( take them with you when you leave as we will replace them for our next guests) We also provide a small sanitizing kit as well as making sure your tiny home is clean and sanitized before your arrival. All linens are removed and sanitized after each guest, ( even if they were not used) All kitchen items are removed and sanitized or disposed of after each guest. If you would like to fish and need a pole, let us know, we will bring you a pole and bait for panfish. Our lake is home to some very large catfish and carp, but you will need your own poles and bait for those big boys!
You will have your own outdoor living set with firepit and charcoal grill. We start you off with a small amount of firewood and charcoal/lighter fluid. Additional firewood is available by texting me. You are allowed to pick up any kindling/sticks on the grounds free of charge!

Where you’ll be

Our property is unique in that is used to be a campground. We no longer run it as a regular campground. We have 9 total spots on the grounds, Three of the spots are lakefront and home to our tiny homes. Genesis is closest to the White River and Mills Lake. There is plenty to explore on the property, including old indian arrowheads along the banks of the River.

I am a female business owner in a very heavily populated mans world. I own a Custom Chrome Plating business. I am also very much a mother and grandmother. I have six children. We have THIRTEEN grand children whom mean the world and beyond to us. I love to travel and cruise ( if we ever get to cruise again) and spend time with my children and grandchildren. I am also very involved in the vintage vehicle shows in Indiana and nearby states. Our current oldie but goodie is a 58 buick full of more chrome than a person can keep waxed! There is only one thing that I couldnt live without in this entire world and its my relationship with my Lord and Savior. I am a Christian and would never deny that fact, nor would I ever expect another to believe as I do. This fact translates into how I raise my children and how I treat others. I do not have a type of church, we are not a religion, just believers in God and his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. I would never be angry if you didnt believe and have no desire to convert anyone that does not want to believe as I do.
My favorite travel destination at the moment is the Caribbean both east and West. Jamaica so far, is my favorite place.

During your stay

We can do as little or as much as you want before and during your stay. We can stock the pantry and fridge with items of your choice and have them ready and waiting for your arrival or you can bring your own pantry and fridge items with you. We can be reached by phone easily during your stay if needed for anything.
New for 2021, Heartland Farms is offering contactless farm to table breakfasts! I will contact you with details after you book. Heartland Farms makes 90 Percent of their food and spice on the farm. Pricing is $12.50 per person. includes delivery. Porch drop off and pick up.
