The house (in total app. 130m2) is located in an allotment garden quite close to the city center of Vienna which is a quite unique location for a capital. In a few minutes you are in Viennes Prater but also the next metro station brings you in a few minutes to Stephansplatz (center) or any other touristic area.
It is the perfect place for a bigger family, group, or when 3 couples wanna travel together.
Enjoy Vienna in your own garden on a sundeck after a long day of sightseeing.

The space
The house has 2 bedrooms in the upper level and 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and toilette. One bathroom is en suite.
In the ground floor we have a big living room, kitchen, toilette.
In the basement there is a big bathroom with place for 2.
The garden has a dining area (with grill), a terrace with sundeck and a lounge.
When you need a highchair or baby bed - we have that too.

The surrounding is a garden area and its special atmosphere between Prater, a huge park and the Danube Channel, a branch river of the Danube which flows through Vienna's city center.
Close to this place is also the Stadion Center (shopping center next to a football station) but also other supermarkets (Billa, Spar) and restaurants.
If you want you can also walk through the Prater alley directly to Vienna's landmark, the ferry wheel.
