Enjoy the private in-ground saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor projector. The home is a two-minute walk to a quiet stunning family friendly beach.

We are family friendly! We have life preservers, a play pen and a highchair. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy fireplace. Ready for entertaining or enjoying a lazy day. We have smart TVs in the rooms and a dedicated workspace.

The hot tub is open year round for complete relaxation under the stars.

There are 4 parking spots in the front.

The living room has a remote-controlled fireplace and a Fire TV for you to access your streaming service accounts.

The Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials as well as a few extras so you can cook up a storm. We have a fridge with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and toaster.

There is one bedroom downstairs with a Queen bed and a desk with ethernet or Wi-Fi access.

We have two bedrooms upstairs.

The first bedroom is equipped with two queen beds.

The third bedroom is kid friendly it has two triple bunk beds. Each bunk has a queen on the bottom, a pull-out trundle bed below and a twin on top. There is a comfy oversized bean bag available for relaxing, kids books and several toys.

Each bedroom has smart TV's ready to be used with your streaming accounts and blackout curtains for peaceful sleep.

There is a full bath on each floor, the second floor has a tub. Both bathrooms are equipped with plenty of towels. Soap and other essentials are also provided.

The outside has a private pool and hot tub. We have life jackets and rescue equipment on the wall. There are two fire pits, an outdoor shower and plenty of room for sitting or lounging.

We are in a beachy neighborhood called Willoughby Spit. The home is a 2 minutes walk to 6 miles of beach shore. The beach is more private than other beaches due to lack of off street parking. The bay has less waves than other beaches due to its geography; making it great for families.

The longest Pier in North America is located about a mile from the beach house. The area is rich with history. There is plenty of good food, beverages and fun to be had in the area!
