Under the castle of Zarnata in the village of Stavropigio, you will find this traditional stone built house in a 7000 square meter private land. It is located upon the top of a hill with inspiring panoramic views of the area. The house features a private swimming pool which measures 9 X 4 meters and a beautiful garden.

The space
The 2 bedroom, 1 bath main house, designed by local architectural standards, offers an open layout of gracious main rooms leading to broad verandas and beautifully landscaped grounds with the private swimming pool. In the ground floor there is the living room with the fireplace, a formal dining table and a well-equipped, with all modern appliances kitchen. Second floor has master suite with sitting area overlooking grounds with truly magnificent panoramic views and a second bedroom that has views of the castle and the private church of Saint Alexander. There is a bathroom with shower and in addition the house has a washing machine.
