Newly built tiny house of 25 square meters with sleeping loft in Sävedalen, with the amenities you need.
The house is fully equipped and you live comfortably just 15 minutes by bus or car from Drottningtorget and center of town. Close to Landvetter flygplats - 20 min by car. Perfect if you are going to Liseberg, a concert at Ullevi or have a work week on the west coast.

You park the car outside the house and the nearest bus stop is 30 meters from the door with good connections into town.

The space
It is a modern and fully equipped house of 25 square meters with a sleeping loft. Its not full ceiling height up on the loft, but you'll sleep comfortably in a 140-bed. There is also a small sofa bed, the sleeping surface is 120 cm wide, in the house. The bed in the loft will be made up when you arrive and towels can be found in the bathroom. If you need to do laundry, there is also a washing machine.

The kitchen has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and small freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.

Sävedalen is a quiet residential area with a small shopping street. Close both to the city with all it has to offer and to lovely green areas such as Utby, Skatås, Kåsjön and Härlanda Tjärn for swimming, walking or rock-climbing.

On Sävedalen's shopping street you will find Cyrano. The local pizzeria with a wood - fire pizza oven. If you prefer asian or spicy then take away then Tsuki Hana Sushi, Lilla Thai Huset as well as the indian resturant Mr Sing within walking distance. Freja Pizza is up the road. At the beginning on Göteborgsvägen you can enjoy a giant ice cream at Triumfglass café.
Cederleüfs & Svenheimers cafe is a short walk away and serves good coffee and great pastries.

If you need to shop for food; Willys is 5 minutes' walk away and Ica Prima is 10 minutes away. Allum shopping center is 5 minutes away by car or 3 bus stops with bus 515 or 513 to Partille Centrum

Vi har bott i Sävedalen sedan 2013. Först var det bara familjen i vårt gula hus, men nu har familjen utökats med både höns i lekstugan och 2 bikupor på tomten, samt ett litet grått hus på tomten..

Jag finns till hands om du behöver något under tiden du bor hos oss och är alltid tillgänglig på telefon, mail eller mess innan, under och efter vistelsen.

Vi har bott i Sävedalen sedan 2013. Först var det bara familjen i vårt gula hus, men nu har familjen utökats med både höns i lekstugan och 2 bikupor på tomten, samt ett litet grått…

We live in the yellow house next to the grey. If you need anything during your stay just knock on our door.
The tiny grey house is placed with privacy in mind.

With that said...we have 5 hens in our back yard. They live in the old play house and are usually quiet, but when they lay an egg (around 11 in the morning) they sometimes like to tell that to the world.
There are also two beehives in the back yard. They don't bother anybody, but its good to know that they are there.
