Enjoy a romantic getaway in this lakefront condo at Southwood Shores Resort. This exceptionally clean one bedroom condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway, a romantic weekend, a girls weekend, a convention vendor/goer, golf enthusiasts, Calo parents, or a solo traveler.

The space
I’m very excited about this brand new luxurious condo! The view from the deck is the best at the resort. The new condo has an open concept living area with modern decor, including a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, 50” flat screen tv, and a queen size sofa sleeper. The bedroom has a king size bed with a Serta iComfort memory foam mattress and a large flat screen tv.

Relax after a fun day with a great view of the main channel while you barbecue on the private deck with a gas grill and comfortable patio furniture. For those relaxing nights, we have cable TV, a DVD player, and games.

The condo is conveniently located next to the outdoor pool and is 15 steps up on the second floor.

The large outdoor pool deck provides tables and lounge chairs. The property also has an indoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoes and playground area. The 21-acre point and 2200 feet of shoreline make for great fishing along the shore.

Bring your personal watercraft and use our pwc lift at no charge. There is a free boat ramp on site with nearby trailer parking. If you are bringing a boat, we have slips available for rent.

The property is at Southwood Shores Resort off Highway HH (Horseshoe Bend). A convenience store with deli, liquor, and groceries is within walking distance. The Lakes best restaurants and golf are located just down the street. Also close by is entertainment at “the strip," by the dam, boat rentals, wineries, boutique shopping, trails, go-karts, and putt-putt.
