Welcome to your home away from home, with lots of natural lighting and a view with a country feel. This private 800 sq ft freshly painted apartment has a newly renovated kitchen, bathroom with a walk in shower and jetted tub, and a spacious bedroom.
The main area has a new Smart TV, couches, fireplace, desk with office supplies and printer, a bar, and light workout supplies.
Located in the city core of Guelph, close to Guelph Lake, University of Guelph and Rockwood Conservation.

Our neighbourhood is a five-minute drive and 25 minute walk from downtown Guelph - this is the most vibrant part of the city with an interesting juxtaposition of old buildings dating back to the early 1800s and more modern architecture. Here you have access to all amenities, cute coffee shops, markets, great restaurants, boutiques, etc. Adjacent to downtown is the Speed River, a beautiful place to go for a walk or run, watch the geese and get some ice cream at the Boat House. There is also a playground for the kids here. Locals love to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon downtown to shop, eat, and relax by the river.
There are two other parks surrounding our house that are lovely to visit as well.
