Excellent location. Nice apartment 5 minutes walk from the center of Boca del Río and 2 blocks from the beach. Across the street you have access to the main avenue that runs through the port where you can have quick access to your destination. You will not suffer from the heat as there is air conditioning in each room and living room + fan and each window has mosquito nets. It has its own parking and nearby attractions and shopping centers such as: Foro Boca, El Dorado, Las Americas

You have all the services (including internet) to make you feel super comfortable and at ease. Safe and quiet area with own parking.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed with air conditioning. In the living room we have Air Conditioning, a sofa bed, dining room, equipped kitchen. A full bathroom with hot water. On the roof, there is an exclusive roofed section for each apartment where you can wash your clothes (laundry).
It is very well located: In a complex called Hicacal; the apartment is in building 5, on the 4th and top floor and has exclusive outdoor parking.

You have great location!
You can walk around the boulevard; get up early and walk to the shore to see the beautiful sunrises of the port. You can walk to the center of Boca del Río to taste the good season of the jarocha cuisine, the zócalo, or, in case of any event: enjoy them live in the Forum Boca, an excellent auditorium (first level). Walk on the dock and feel that you are in the sea, watch some countrymen fish, or admire the landscape and feel the tranquility of life. You can walk to the beach and next to the Foro Boca, there is the pier, a stone path that will take you into the sea where some locals take advantage to throw their fishing rod.
It is a quiet and safe place; to one side of the housing complex there is a health center, and in front of a few meters the Municipal Police which patrols the area followed, as well as the City Hall keeps the boulevard and the Beach clean.
