The space
VILLA
Private 3 bedroom villa with attached 1 bedroom studio / 3 bathrooms. There is parking space for 1 vehicle and available free street side parking. A spacious patio includes a private swimming pool, outside shower, bar area, lounge chairs, outside table with chairs, and BBQ area.

BEDROOMS
Main House: Master bedroom has (1) king size bed with walk-in closet, rain shower, and two sinks. The second bedroom and third bedrooms has each a (1) queen size bed with a closet and mirror. Each room has A/C, plenty of pillows and blankets and black out curtains. Fits 6

Studio House (attached to the main house): The room has (2) full size beds, A/C, and full bathroom. Fits 4

BATHROOMS
(2) full bathrooms in the main house (1 attached to master and 1 shared bathroom), (1) full bathroom on the studio/pool area, and (1) exterior shower for when you come from the beach. We provide: hair dryers, fresh towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

FAMILY ROOM
Furnished living room with a sofa. Big screen TV, high-speed WIFI, and NETFLIX provided. HBO, Hulu and other apps can be access with own login.

DINING AREA
Dinner table next to the kitchen that fits 10 people.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen: cookware, dish-ware, refrigerator, microwave, sink, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine, blender, and oven (all appliances are stainless steel). We provide: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Washer and dryer combo located at main house with sufficient space to do your laundry. Cleaning equipment is provided and ironing board and iron.

EXTERIOR PATIO
The exterior entertainment spaces are a major element of this house offering an exterior covered bar area and terrace, a pool, a tanning area, large seating area, a living room, and a backyard.

Our neighborhood is a gated safe beach community in the San Juan Metro area called Park Boulevard in the eastern half of Urbanization Santa Teresita. It is located south of Calle Park Boulevard, east of Park Barbosa, west of Urbanization Punta Las Marias, and north of Calle Loiza. It is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in San Juan metro area.

Our property is a 5 minute walk from one of the best beaches in San Juan, the Condado/Ocean Park beach. A few blocks from grocery stores, trendy restaurants, bars, and a great yoga studio.

Privacy: Gated neighborhood with 24/7 security patrol.
