Enjoy our cottage in the Summer Village of Parkland Beach found on the NW corner of Gull Lake, 2 hours north of Calgary & 1.5 hours south of Edmonton. Enjoy walking/biking the numerous trails or take a stroll to the beach/playground area. Try golfing, water activities, outdoor games, birds/wildlife, bonfires and star gazing.
Great place to relax and connect with family and friends!

The space
When you walk onto the property, you will be surprised by all the areas to explore. You will hear different sounds of birds as you make your way to the firepit and creek area, surrounded by nature. Walk back to the house and enjoy the front and back decks, chasing the sunshine. Inside the home you will find all the amenities you need. A cozy sitting area along with a fireplace for cool mornings provide a perfect area for gathering to play games, build a puzzle or relax. Large bedroom on main level near the kitchen and bathroom. Two large bedrooms on the upper level with their own 1/2 bathroom. Windows throughout the home provide a bright atmosphere, allowing you to constantly look at the outdoors, watching for wildlife and enjoying nature, especially the birds as they frequent their feeders.

Very quiet summer village with quiet roads and walking paths to explore the lake community. Just over 1 km to the Summer Village of Parkland Beach beach area, playground, outdoor adult gym, Gull Lake golf course and RV Heaven Marina. Two other boat launch areas also close by. The community has a local store, to visit while walking in the area.
