My newest listing is ready to go (June 2020). And with a beautiful hand painted mural to boot. Same great building close to everything in the fan. Just steps from Monument Avenue, VCU, and tons of great restaurants too! Walking distance to Scotts Addition, Carytown, and all the other ‘Fan’ fun Richmond has to offer! Longer walk or quick uber or GRTC to Broadberry, Altria or the National.

Other things to note
Please make sure to leave parking pass as the cost to replace is $75. Quiet hours are 10p - 8a so please be respectful of my neighbors. No parties.
