Unique, Romantic and Intriguing Warehouse for Large Groups! Studio style sleeping with comfortable beds, private bathroom and kitchen. Your suite has a commercial grade security keypad lock. Game room for all guests to share includes an additional kitchen and bathroom. Creatively renovated artist warehouse for large groups. The absolute best place in Downtown St Louis for large groups!! First floor nautical themed "good vibe" lobby bar that is made for fun! Outside seating and smoking area. Reserve all lofts or part of the building. We book a minimum of 1 bed for every two people. Best Location Downtown St Louis. Raw industrial warehouse area Near all Downtown activities such as sports, concert venues, nightlife and parks. Super clean, safe with fenced free parking. This property is very unassuming from the outside yet as soon as you walk in it feels like a huge cozy home that offers a place to party or chill.
