Jeweled, former and beautifully converted laundry house in the well-kept property of Villa Belmonte in an exclusive location. Cozy garden with sun loungers and stone table with adjoining vineyard. Fantastic views over Bellinzona to Cannobio (It), from the lake to far into the mountains. Thanks to the mild climate, the house is habitable from March to October/November (not insulated in winter). Very quiet, peaceful place that is ideal to stay, relax, and spend time.

The space
On the ground floor there is the entrance to the open and fully equipped kitchen with dining table for max 6 people and adjoining living area with fireplace. The bathroom with large shower is also on the ground floor. The spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor with two single beds. The directly accessible terrace offers fantastic views. In the attic, accessible from the bedroom via a simple ladder, there are three additional beds on mattresses. (Maximum standing height 1.6m)
.In the house it has a good basic equipment, from coffee maker, toaster, Wi-Fi, to spices, coffee powder, sugar etc.
Each guest is provided with a bath towel as well as a towel.

The house is located in a quiet, relaxing location on the hills of Monti Trinita, from which you can enjoy a unique view of Locarno and Ascona. The vineyard connects directly to the house down the slope.

In the grocery store "La Bottega dei Monti" (about 5 min walk) you get everything you need and fresh food, often organic and regional products. The post office is also integrated in the store.
