ALL STUDIO LOFTS ARE PRIVATE with keypad entry door! Just like a hotel except we offer huge living spaces.

Jordan's Warehouse is a Unique, Intriguing, and Memorable Industrial Warehouse with Nautical Themed Sailboat Lobby Lounge and large Game Room. The Absolute Best Location and Overnight Stay Downtown! Weekdays are generally quiet with smaller groups and weekends are upbeat.

If you book the entire building (which not many do because it's more space than most people need) you will have 30 beds (good for up to 60 Guests), 4.5 baths, 7000 sq. ft. of 5 private living space, 4000 sq. ft. of game room and sailboat lounge and 2 lobby spaces.

Rooms are all very similar and are assigned based on the size of your group and availability.

We are located in an Industrial Warehouse area of Downtown St Louis. 2 -12 blocks from all Downtown activity.

Security cameras are located outside building and in all common spaces such as game room, boat bar and lobby spaces. Only Guests on your reservation may enter the building. For the safety of all guests, Visitors are not allowed without prior permission from management. $85.00 unregistered visitor fee is charged to the reservation for each unregistered visitor.

We make travel memorable! Jordan's Warehouse is described by our guests as romantic, intriguing, memorable, sexy, unique, nothing like it, creative, fun and "exceeds all expectations". We are an experience, not just a place for overnight stay! Rooms for Groups who intend to party as well as rooms for quieter weekday travelers. Creative thinkers love us; Photographers, Artist, Musicians; you will be comfortable here! Room to set up for band practice. Game room is 2000 sq ft, has 2 pool tables, darts, foosball, full kitchen, bathroom and is for all Guests to use.

Contact us with your needs and we will do our best to accommodate. Guests are appointed a PRIVATE loft(s) depending on the size of your Group and availability. All lofts are very nice and similar in quality. Bookings are 2 people per bed. Parking is free and ample for cars, buses, RVs etc.

The absolute best place and location Downtown! Warehouse District in Downtown St Louis. Walk to The Dome - America's Convention Center
(4 blocks), Lumiere Casino, Four Seasons Hotel (3 blocks), Washington Avenue just 4 blocks away. Busch Stadium and The Enterprise Center are 12 blocks or a $5 - $7.00 uber/Lyft away. Everything Downtown is only 2 - 12 blocks away. Large Secure off-street parking lot for cars, RVs, trailers, buses and motorcycles.
$10.00 overnight or temporary parking fee for cars and motorcycles, $20.00 for RVs and trailers and $30.00 for buses.
