Perfect cottage getaway, couples and families. Beautiful, cozy and very clean house. Set in a quiet and relaxing gated resort. Enjoy access to 4 outdoor pools, 1 Indoor pool, mini golf, basketball and volleyball courts (Restrictions due to COVID-19). Great for both summer and winter getaways. 15 minute walk to private beach and 5 minute drive to major shopping/ restaurants (Walmart, Foodland, LCBO, Tim Horton's, Harveys, Chinese restaurant, Boston Pizza, Wild Wings).

AC, central heating and ceiling fans. Large driveway with space for 4 vehicles.

The Beach House is in a great location with many things to see and do in the surrounding area. All resort amenities are within walking distance including private beach. Short 5 min drive to major shopping and restaurants. 1O minute drive to the main strip (Beach 1) where more restaurants and shopping can be found as well as a bar/ nightlife. About 30 minute drive to Collingwood where you will find dining and shops at The Village of Blue Mountain, as well as skiing in the winter. Scenic caves and Scandinave Spa can also be found in that area.
