I was born in Wausau, WI and moved with my family to Lebanon, MO when I was 11 years old. As a child my family would travel to Lake of the Ozarks once or twice a summer and I LOVED it! Now, having kids of my own, I enjoy spending as much time as I possibly can at the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. I searched high and low to find the perfect family friendly retreat and I am super happy with the place we choose. Located on the 12 mile marker of the Big Niangua, the home can be accessed without leaving pavement! No steps to the water either! We bought this place when my youngest child was just 2 years old, so it was super important to us to be able to see the kids from the house to make sure they were wearing life jackets and playing safe in general. Now my youngest is 8 and we still love going to the lake, but with the kids in so many activities, we don't get there as much as we would like. I have decided to list my home on Airbnb this summer during a few times that I know my family will be unable to be there in hopes that other families can make some magical lake memories as we have throughout the years.
