I own a ranch style home with a professionally finished basement. I'm offering one of the two bedrooms in the basement and a private bathroom in the basement. The bedroom consists of a double bed, a dresser, a small closet, a TV with DISH but no premium channels, Wifi and a chair. There is a separate private entrance with a deadbolt and space in the double driveway. The bathroom has a shower but no tub.

The space
NO SMOKING in the house or on the premises. I will do my best to shovel or snow blow the driveway and steps but feel free to grab a shovel. If you are over 5'2" you will need to duck going up or down the basement stairs. I do have an electric fan available. Please unplug fans, hair dryers etc.

I have friendly neighbors. Please feel free to wave to or speak to them. There is a Whole Foods Co-Op a block away and a bus route a block away. My home is 5 to 10 minutes from Presque Isle State Park, the bayfront, downtown Erie, Millcreek Mall, UPMC, Saint Vincent Hospital, and LECOM. I'm also about 10-15 minutes from Presque Isle Downs and Casino and a little over an hour to Niagara Falls.

During your stay

I am typically home mornings and evenings. I work afternoons and Saturdays. I have 3 little dogs that will bark like crazy when you come or go but should quiet down after a few minutes.
