We have finally accomplished our dream of having this brand new studio just the way we imagined - a modern, inviting, cozy and cheerful place that can make anyone feel at home and at ease. Something we would like to find ourselves when travelling. So you can only expect the best, because we have put all our efforts in creating this perfect little home for you!
The space
You'll go up to the second floor of a patrimony building and enter the little and so nicely lit terrace and you'll open the second door on the left to find yourself at home.
A studio that somehow resembles a hotel room (but only in the good aspects!) and that has everything you need - a king sized bed, a generous open wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs to enjoy your meals or work on your laptop and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and floor heating.
Everything brand new, in a modern, young and joyful style, put together with high quality materials and our little pieces of decor that betray our personality. There are different kinds of lighting that warm up the space and that can help you set the mood right, be it for relaxation or for concentration. A TV with a full list of channels is at your own disposal.
The studio has central heating and a thermostat so you won't need to worry about feeling comfortable.
On the small terrace you have a bench and some stools and you can enjoy a drink, a cigarette, a book, some air and the view. You'll find it as lit as a starry night, with no less than 40 warm lightbulbs that, to be honest, kind of bring some magic around.

You are happily located right in the center of the city. That means everything you might need or want to see is located within walking distance. Just like the center of any city, it is the liveliest neighbourhood and has a wide range of restaurants and bars, shops or markets, museums and other points of interest. From this place you'll be able to get the vibes of the city and feel all its energy. Also, there's a cinema just across the street, so you'll be able to enjoy a movie if you'll feel like it. You don't have to worry about the noise at home though, it's not so noisy on the streets and the apartment is on the interior side of the building and has strong windows that insulate it properly.
