Cool little beach house in awesome location! Only a 5 min walk to the beach, estuary, kids park and bike track, and a 2 min walk to the local cafe. Two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the other with a double bed, and a sleepout with 2 single beds. Modern bathroom and all new furniture. DVD library available for the rainy days and bodyboards for when you hit the beach. Two outdoor living areas with a BBQ, Pizza Oven and a great Spa Pool! Fully fenced section with secure off street parking.

The space
The house is on a rear section. It is sheltered from the wind and gets lots of natural sunlight.

It is situated in a very handy location. Ocean Beach Eatery, a great cafe and bar, is located 150 metres along Signal Street. The beach itself can be accessed via a short walk up Trafalgar Street (350m) or via Ocean Beach Street (500m).

Mr Grumpy's fish ‘n chip shop and the local 4 Square supermarket are both within a 3 minute car ride.

The Manawatu Marine Boating Club is also within walking distance along the estuary frontage, and offers both bar and dining facilities.
