Allow the open-plan lower level apartment accommodate your adventures: State parks, wine tours, trails, Covered Bridge, Cornell U., Ithaca College, fall leaves or races. Retreat to the Adirondack chairs by the meandering brook. Step into the private entrance to enjoy the amenities of home: air conditioner, heater, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. No more than four guests are allowed please.

Newfield is a quaint little town just minutes from Ithaca, New York. Cornell University and Ithaca College are 12-15 miles away. Robert Treman and Buttermilk State Parks are within an eight- minute drive. We are 25 minutes to Seneca Lake and 15 minutes to Cayuga Lake. Visiting the beautiful wineries will be a snap from our proximity. Our home is in the perfect location: a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to the highway. Take a 1 mile stroll to view and walk through the oldest covered bridge in New York State.
