Private bedroom with queen size bed and has its own thermostat to control the temperature. Nice neighborhood on the edge of town but only half mile to planet fitness, dollar general, JC Penny, Harbor Freight, Hobby Lobby, and a nice park.

I would like to keep the house clean and odor free so please:

The space
We hope to make your stay as pleasant as possible, but please note there is no coffee pot or Keurig type amenity. You are welcome to bring your own, and there are several coffee places within 3 miles of the house.

Wifi is available as is a smart TV in the bedroom. A TV is also available in the living area. There are some internet TV channels available, but there are no local stations or cable service. It is basically available so you can sign-in to your streaming service account, or browse youtube, or watch the internet TV channels.

The floors are styled concrete throughout the house with tile in bathroom so suggest some slippers especially for night time bathroom trips, but your shoes are fine to wear inside.

You can park in the street or in the driveway.

This is a split floor plan meaning the room is on one side of the house while my room is on the other. However, it is a small house and the hard floors don't absorb sound. The room is also right next to the kitchen. While every care will be given to ensure your privacy and quiet environment throughout the night, there may be some minor disturbances. A fan is provided to help create "white" noise. We try to keep noise from being a problem, but an occasional door, toilet flush, even cough or sneeze may disturb you.
Single and married females stay here while on travel medical jobs and have all left great reviews. We are very respectful of personal privacy and security.

The bed will be made, but a tad sloppy. The bedding will have been washed prior to your arrival, but making it all perfectly tucked in and wrinkle free is not gonna happen. There may be small stains as well, that didn’t come out in the wash. There are no complaints, only good positive feedback. Hoping to keep it that way so just trying to keep expectations from being too high. It is an overall nice place and great efforts are made to keep it nice and clean.

The house is all electric so no carbon monoxide detector is needed. There are smoke detectors, including in the guest bedroom. They are all connected so if any one alarms, they will all alarm. Please note that the electrical box is in the guest bedroom. Although it is unlikely I would need to enter the space during your stay, I do need to reserve the right to go in to access the panel in the event of an electrical related incident.

There are bath towels provided. Please bring your own shampoo/conditioner...a general dollar, big lots, and walmart are all within 2 miles of the location should you need to purchase any supplies for your stay.

I enjoy the outdoors, card and board games, and just visiting getting to know people. Pretty easy going and enjoy the simple things of life.
