*** The apartment is located in a modern complex surrounded by a shopping center, 24/7 convenient stores, tea shops, coffee shops, restaurants.
- Only a lift down and less than 5 min walk to stalls and diners for local delicacies along the beach.
- Nearby tourist attractions: Chong Promontory (Hon Chong) – movie set of the 1992 French film “L’Amant” (The Lover), Ponagar Cham Tower, Dam Market, Thap Ba Hot Springs, Ana Marina.
- 2 min walk to the bus stop – ROUTE Number 4 goes through some city landmarks (Chong Promontory, Ponagar Cham Tower, Nha Trang Cathedral, Vincom Center, Vinpearl). The bus comes every 15 minutes with the cost of around 40 cents.
- Taxi to the city center costs less than $4 and a lot cheaper if you use apps like Grab or Go Viet.
