The ArtStudio with its small kitchen and bathroom is in the middle of a nice tropical Garden, surrounded by African Art from Forster-Gallery. My partner and I living with 2 school-age kids on the first floor. The pool can be used 24 hours. Totally private use of pool can be arranged. A sandy beach is reachable by 2 min. walking. Port and airport in 5min. drive. Nearby are restaurants and shops where you can buy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wifi is everywhere available.

The space
As you can see on the images, our building is a modern construction and made out of concrete. If you don't like modern buildings in exposed concrete, even visible in your room, the kitchen and your shower room' better book somewhere else. The kitchen is totally open to the garden side and basic equipped. Your walls are decorated with high quality African Art.

The Studio is in the very safe area 5km out of Stone Town. Only a 2 minutes walk to the beautiful Mbweni Beach with a very nice restaurant. In our neighborhood are cafes, restaurants, Hair Saloons, small food shops, a nice church, at Mbweni Ruins Hotel you can have free sun-bed if you buy food or drinks for at least 12$. Within 5 minutes drive you reach the centre of Stone Ton, in 3 Minutes you are on the Airport.
