1. Near me and within walking distance, there are many good restaurants, cafes, pubs, wood pizzeria, Greek restaurant, Subway, St-Hubert BBQ, Nicks, Tim Horton, among some... a chocolate shop, a shop specializing in herbs and medicinal mushrooms, a bakery, a post office, banks, hairdressers, shops, supermarkets, a SAQ etc.

2. The P'tit Train du Nord is a 2 minute drive from my home or a 5 minute walk. You get there by going down the hill on rue Valiquette , crossing the lights and the bridge, you turn right in the large parking lot. Here you can take trails for hiking in the woods by walking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, cycling, or you can take the trail along the river which in spring has strong currents / rapids. The sound is powerful. Following the river path to a T-junction there you turn right and cross the street on the small bridge where all the rivers/streams converge. On the other side of the trees there are huge rocks where you can sit, relax and listen to the sound of the rapids or go fishing. Beautiful photos can be taken there all year but especially in autumn. Access is free and it is a little hidden and little known piece of paradise.

3. To go to Parc Linéer du P'tit Train du Nord, you continue 2 min further on the same road from where you parked your car ( Rue St-Joseph), and you arrive in front of the large parking lot on Rue Rolland. This is where you can rent fat bikes or cross-country skis if you're interested. Then, once your car is parked, choose the east side of the trail, (left side facing the parking lot), cross the road and follow the Rivière du Nord. This beautiful trail is long and you can walk, bike or cross-country ski for hours. Access is free. On the other side of the river you will see the golf course.

4. If you continue 5 to 10 minutes further on Rolland Street East, you will reach Doncaster National Park where you can do many activities in summer and winter or simply enjoy nature and rapids. There is a fee to return;

5. The lake Rond at the Municipal Beach Jean-Guy Carron, at the Chemin du Chantecler is 2 min north of my house by car, or about 10-15 min. walk. There's a charge.

6. Chantecler Ski Slopes are 2 min drive from the lake.

During your stay

FRENCH:
When I was a child, we often came to Ste-Adèle for activities and to get in touch with nature. As I grew older, it made sense for me to build roots here in order to continue enjoying the beauty of this beautiful countryside.

Like many people, I like to do sports / activities that allow me to connect with nature such as mountains, trees and animals. I also love lakes, rivers and oceans and I do as many activities as possible there. I love Gaia!

Meeting people from all over the world to get to know their different personalities and cultures has always been another of my passions since I was young. We all have so much to learn from everyone.

I would now like to share my modest but comfortable home, so that many other people can enjoy this little piece of paradise.

Au plaisir de vous rencontrer. :)
