The Grove at Neudorf Olives offers you a luxury suite with a delicious homemade continental breakfast, all set in an olive grove with stunning views of the mountains and coast.

Your accommodation comprises of a private suite with spacious bedroom (super king size bed), a large, modern en suite and an expansive sitting/dining room with large bi fold doors onto a deck overlooking the views. A substantial continental breakfast with homemade fare is provided.

The space
The very comfortable super king size bed has luxury linens and your choice from a range of pillows (I know how important the right pillow is for a good night's sleep). There are tea and coffee making facilities in your bedroom with Nespresso coffee and a selection of teas, and home baking for those wanting something sweet. There is a fridge to keep drinks cold.

In your personal sitting/dining room there is a flat screen HD Television (with Netflix access) and an extensive library, along with a selection of games, should you wish to sit back and relax. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available to guests.

There is a log burner for heating the sitting room on cooler evenings and a panel heater in the bedroom. A fan is provided for when the weather is warm.

We provide a substantial continental breakfast. This includes homemade muesli and yoghurt, homemade fruit compote and preserves and freshly home-baked bread, together with fruit juice, tea and coffee.

Laundry facilities are available free of charge. Let us know if you would like a load put on.

The accommodation is part of our home but has its own entrance. There is a lock box for guests arriving out of hours. Your suite is on the ground floor with our bedrooms above.

Neudorf Olives is a working olive grove, so at certain times of the year there there may be some farm machinery noise at times during the day. We offer a complimentary 'talk and taste' of our extra virgin olive oils to those interested.

There are a variety of restaurants within a 10 to 20 minute drive, from the Moutere Pub (New Zealand's oldest pub) to fine dining at Forster's Restaurant and the relaxed cafes and Craft Brewery at the Mapua Inlet. Further afield Nelson and Motueka offer a wide selection

We are perfectly situated for exploring the three National Parks within the region; Abel Tasman, Kahurangi and Nelson Lakes. There are beautifu beaches along the coast including the ever popular Kaiteriteri. A little further afield is Golden Bay, which is well worth a day trip if you have the time, visiting the beautfully clear Pupu Springs and walking along the stunning coastline of farewell Spit and Wharariki Beach

There are hills and mountains to climb, gentle walk across sandy beaches for those wanting something less strenuous, good cycling routes including the Great Taste Trail. There are rivers for fly fishing or swimming, numerous safe beaches for swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding

There are an abundance of world class Vineyards and Craft Breweries to visit as well as local artists and sculptors. There is also the World of Wearable Arts and Classic Car Museum and the ever popular Nelson Saturday market.

I own an olive grove with my husband Jonathan, where we grow, harvest, press and bottle extra virgin olive oil. I have travelled extensively, lived overseas for 20 years but am loving every minute of being back home in NZ. Our three grown up children were born in different countries... Kenya, Abu Dhabi and Cyprus. I love traveling overseas but try to mix it up with seeing more of NZ. I'm slowly seeing more of our region with a day's walk most weekends. I enjoy spending time with friends, reading, walking, cooking and going to the movies. I enjoy meeting new people and look forward to meeting you.
