This is 3500 sq.ft. fully furnished flat/condo located at the prime location of Dhanmondi just beside Dhnamondi Lake. It has 2 large bed rooms (attached wash room) and another bed room+office+common wash room, a huge 800 sq.ft. open living area and a highly decorated drawing room.

The apartment has very big open space inside (800 sq. ft. living area) with 4 balcony both sides (North and south). It is very well decorated with good quality modern decors which will give you an artistic look and simplicity. It is really cool.
You can enjoy home made foods as your wish where the full time "Service Attendant cum Cook" can make it for you. Or you can make your own foods using the fully equipped kitchen.
Plenty of complimentary drinking water, tea/coffee will be provided.

This is one of the quiet neighborhood in Dhaka city with wonderful walking trail beside Dhanmondi lake. This place is close to all-most all attractions of the city like Shopping malls new market, Bashundhara mall-the largest mall in the city, medical college hospitals, Dhaka University, Museum and Ramna park.
