Situated in a small condominium of 5 villas, near Meco beach (1,5 km), luxury design villa with own private garden & swimming pool: the perfect location for your sunny break. Eco-friendly construction, fresh all summer long but heated in winter.
The villas is design, inspired from Le Corbusier with a twist of Californian beach house. It comprises 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom with king size bed facing the garden and swimming pool and having its own bathroom with tub; two bedrooms, each facing its own patio, furnished with either a king size bed or twin beds (that can become a king size bed), and sharing a bathroom with Italian shower. Perfect solution for famlily or friends.
Kitchen is separated and fully furnished (American fridge, microwave, traditional oven, washing machines, coffee machine, etc).
The large living room directly accesses the garden and swimming pool with retractile door windows and is divided in a social area and a dining room hosting 6 persons
