Beautiful villa in the countryside outside Getxo.
Very close to Getxo and Sopelana beaches. Beautiful all of them and endowed with the blue flag.
Swimming pool, barbecue, views of a beautiful beech forest,surfing, golf, horse racing and all just minutes from downtown Bilbao.

Aliga etxea is a newly built house that respects the tradition and traditional materials of the Basque Country. Stone and wood.
You are just 4 km from downtown Getxo. One of the most elegant municipalities in Spain and with all the services. Golf club, marina, 8 beautiful beaches, horse riding, medical services, large supermarkets , sports centers, metro, tourist areas, etc.
In spite of this, in those 4 kilometres we seem to reach another world. A quiet rural area. No noise, no hustle. Where it's not hard to see roe deer, squirrels, eagles, pigeons, rabbits...
and you get to Aliga Etxea. You get a nice garden. And park your car comfortably.
An incredible place to rest and enjoy with family or friends after these hard days that many of us have experienced.
The house is accessed from the ground floor. There's the hall and a large staircase with plenty of light. Kitchen on the left. With all the comforts and garden views. The dining room. Large and spacious with roof and hardwood floors. Fireplace. A large glass window in the garden. TV and music equipment.
You have a little grooming in front, too.
Finally a large room with full bathroom.
On the first floor there is a separate entrance. But it is also accessed by the large staircase inside the house.

It's a peaceful environment. Where all the neighbors live quietly. Parties aren't possible. Peace is disturbed. The natural environment and neighbors don't see it well.
