The villa is located strategically in the Ulu Chemperoh area of Janda Baik, 45 minutes from downtown KL. It is in front of Chemperoh river, one of the most attractive streams in Janda Baik. Night temperature here dips to 22-24 degrees.

The villa is designed for a small family or 7/8 adults to enjoy the privacy of their own pool and those who prefer to self-cater.

The space
This 3 bedroom villa with the capacity to hold 8 adults. Each bedroom faces the private pool which is not viewable from outside. It has a fully functioning kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, kettle etc. BBQ pit is available for guests. Guests can enjoy sports facilities like beach volleyball, outdoor ping pong, soccer, soft archery etc.

The main attraction is of course the Chemperoh river where guests are able to lounge on bean bags, a hammock and enjoy the BBQ pit by the river. It is located directly outside the compound of the villa.

The furniture and pool is not specifically designed for small children in mind (e.g. pool) hence children needs to be monitored at all times.

During your stay

Fathin and Tut, the day managers will be on site between 9am to 5pm to manage check-in. They will also help you with the BBQ pit if needed + lend you the sports equipment you may need, floaties as well as bean bags. Zoel the night caretaker will attend to emergency matters between 5pm to 9am.
