Villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds and in suite bathroom. All bedroom have the exit to the terraces outside. Large kitchen connected with the dinning room make it a great space for evening meal preparation and gatherings.

Vila Niz located in a little village Valica very close to great Kanegra beached. Umag is also just a short drive away. In Umag you can find anything from basics, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor, farmers market to ATP Umag, summer festivals. With its more then 30 km of coast you can choose from sandy rocky to shaded and nudes beaches. Umag also offers all kids of leisure activities, including sports facilities, night clubs to pubs and restaurants. Unspoiled nature, beautiful beaches and Mediterranean climate make this place very attractive destination for seaside lovers.
