Where you’ll be

Berlin, Germany

The 1 bedroom apartment is located right on the border between the two trendy districts of Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg, two of Berlin's most beautiful and popular districts. The Volkspark Friedrichshain begins on the opposite side of the street. Right next to it is the start of the traditional Bötzowviertel, with many cafes, restaurants, shopping opportunities. The multicultural flair here is more influenced by French, English, Americans, Spaniards and many other nationalities. The numerous trendy cafes, clubs, pubs, restaurants, bars, galleries and theatres made the district a tourist magnet. Just around the corner, there is a kebab shop with delicious Berlin-style kebab as well as a bakery for cozy breakfasts. In both, you can also sit nicely outside.

Like many people living in Berlin, we are not native Berliners. Born in the Ruhr area and in Hessen, we fulfilled the long-standing dream of moving to Berlin in 2014. We didn't regret a second, and we can't imagine living anywhere else. We have lived in many different cities and also different countries. But Berlin is very special. Even after many years, there is still so much to discover ( interesting location, neighborhoods located away from the mainstream, backyards, stucco facades, music pubs, interesting people, and original Berliners with their direct, open and sometimes slightly quirky manner. If you get bored in Berlin, it's your own fault.
