Brand New (2021) air-conditioned apartment with a splendid balcony with sea and city view from the 7th floor - it's located centrally in the beautiful Praia da Rocha. It has a car parking space in the garage & outdoor pool for your usage!

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a Queen Size Bed, a Wardrobe and a TV. A living room with a sofa-bed, a SmartTV and a dining area. Also a full equipped kitchen w/ washing machine.

100mts to the Beach, Restaurants & Supermarkets! Has Fast Wi-Fi (120Mbps)!

The space
Up to 4 persons can enjoy the Apartment - we have a Queen Size Bed in the bedroom, and a sofa-bed in the Living Room that confortably fits 2 other persons. There is a TV on the bedroom and a SmartTV on the Living Room - where you can use Youtube and other popular online apps. WiFi is Fast (optic fiber with 120Mb up and 120Mb down).

All towels and bed linings are included - including beach towels ! (no need to pack them in your luggage!). (BTW we do supply a beach umbrella!)

It also has 2 elevators - to make sure you don't waste waiting to go to the beach or back.

External Pool fully available and a exclusive parking for your car on the building garage.

The room is fully equipped for laundry handling (washing machine, iron board, iron, etc...) and has all the small appliances (toaster, blender, etc...) to give you all the options for your vacation . The kitchen also has a dishwasher - to simplify your vacation time !

It also has all Kitchen small appliances and dishes, pans, cutlery, etc... including salt, pepper, olive oil and other simple supplies so that you don't need to buy them. You can be totally independent to cook and eat at the Apartment - the supermarket is really near by (100mts is the nearest one!) so all is at hand.
