The space
The apartment is spacious and full of natural light, from the living room you can enjoy nature or relax in the common area having a good coffee.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with private bathroom; fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom, dining room with double sofa bed.

It has a private patio with a laundry room and clothesline, we include some toiletries in case of an emergency.

The apartment is completely independent, so you will enjoy pivacy.

Other things to note
*In order to respect the times of our travelers, as well as our cleaning staff, there is a penalty for late delivery of the accommodation; this penalty is 50,000 Colombian pesos and begins to count from the agreed time of departure.

*If for any reason, you and your companions need to leave late please let us know at the time of your reservation and we will gladly do our best to assist you, so that other travelers are not affected

*Your reservation includes parking service for a car or motorcycle.

*If you make a reservation for two people they will be accommodated in the main room with a double bed, unless they inform us that they require two separate beds at the time of separating the apartment.

*3 cats live in the house, their names are annie, negra and hera. Although they are upstairs most of the time, we ask that they be treated with respect and consideration if they come down to the common areas.
