For early risers, BGC is one of the few spots in Metro Manila where one can get a dose of fresh air and enjoy a morning jog. The apartment itself is composed of two floors. The first floor has the dining, living room, and one bathroom. The second floor has the master bedroom, second bedroom, and one bathroom. The building has a pool for anyone to use.
