The space
This super cosy studio was designed to give you all the comfort you need and more! It has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable! It is located in a secure gated estate in Lekki Phase 1. The central location makes it very easy to get around. By car it is only 4 min to Admiralty way where you can enjoy a lot of different restaurants, lounges and bars.

A comfy double bed, 2-seater corner sofa with 55-inch smart tv, fully equipped kitchenette with bar table, all blend together seamlessly in a space of about 20sqm.

The kitchenette has all the supplies to prepare a quick meal:

The location is central, and close to the lekki-epe expressway. Just outside of the estate are a couple of shops (supermarket, pharmacy etc) and a health clinic.

There is a caretaker that is always available. He will welcome you and hand over the keys to you. He stays in the 'gateman house' and he is in charge of making sure you always have water/electricity & opens the gate for you.
