No noise restrictions by management unless requested by a Guest. 5 PRIVATE SUITES in total. Rent 1 or all. Affordable Base Price plus per person pricing. The space
We cater primarily to large group overnight stay on the weekends, for conventions and reunions. Smaller numbers of people on weekdays. Enjoy the party on the weekends and its typically pretty quiet during the week. Rooms are assigned based on the size of your group and availability. All rooms are equally nice in style, and decor' and vary in size only. We do not overcrowd rooms or the building. Due to the spacious size of the building, there is always more space than you will need. The two rooms on the second floor share a bathroom which is located just outside the room in the game room. All other rooms have a private bathrooms, Kitchen or Kitchenette.

This warehouse space is very large; 3 floors and accommodates up to 60 overnight Guests or 150 people with the event space included. Once you stay here you WILL come back! Unquestionably the most unique overnight stay in St Louis!! Great Downtown Warehouse District Location! Free Fenced Parking for buses, cars, RVs.

For Larger Groups we will combine multiple rooms as needed for a 2 person per bed reservation. We can provide specific sleeping accommodations to fit your needs upon request.

Third floor Penthouse 1 or Penthouse 2:
Each sleeps up to 18 comfortably with room to spare. Pricing per room is a minimum of $400.00 minimum on Friday or Saturday night and $250.00 Sunday thru Thursday for up to 6 people. $50.00 charge per person for additional Guests. Each room has a private kitchen and bathroom.

There are 2 rooms on the 2nd floor:

The Retro Suite: Sleeps up to 6. $100 for the first 2 people; $40 per per after the first 2
The Red Room: Sleeps up to 3: $125 per night

The Bohemian Suite: sleeps 10, has a private bath, kitchenette and is located on the First Floor; the cost for this room is $250 for the first 5 people and $40 per person after the first 5.

Guests have brought sleeping bags and air airmattresses for a few overflow in their group.

In addition to the private sleeping rooms:
We offer a large Game Room with full Kitchen and Bathroom on the 2nd floor; your group will likely appreciate this area. We also have a bar on the first floor that is available till 3:00 am for private parties. You may bring live music or DJ in. You may also cater food or bring alcohol in (outside alcohol is not permitted in bar area during open hours).

We are located in an Industrial Warehouse area of Downtown St Louis. 2 -10 blocks from all Downtown activity. Jordan's Warehouse is described as romantic, intriguing, memorable, sexy,, unique, "nothing like it", creative, fun and "exceeds all expectations". We are an experience, not just an overnight stay!

Rooms for Groups who intend to have a fun with potential noise. Creative thinkers love us; Photographers, Artist, Musicians, Travelers... we are the place for you!

Game room has 2 pool tables, darts, foosball, and is for all Guests to use. Contact us with your needs and we will do our best to accommodate and make your stay perfect. Guests are appointed their private loft(s) depending on the size of your Group and/or availability.

All lofts are very nice and uniquely similar in quality and decor. Parking is free, ample and safe for cars, buses, RVs etc. Huge aresidential style Studio Lofts to accommodate any size group traveling together. Great Location with a Host who cares. Good Vibe - Positive Energy Environment. Be respectful and kind to others and be yourself.

We have a public bar on the first floor that is open Thursday - Sunday and open primarily for events or upon advance request. Bar can be a bit noisy with large groups at times. Weekdays are typically quiet with some noise on the weekends.

Busch Stadium, St Louis Cardinals & St Louis Blues Stadiums, MLS and All Downtown Activities are 2 to 10 Blocks Nearby. Most of Downtown is within walking distance or a $5.00 - $7.00 Uber or Lyft Ride away. Forest Park, The St Louis Zoo, Central West End, Clayton, NGA, Restaurants and all Downtown Nightlife are located in the general area. Great Downtown Location!! Free & abundant Safe Parking.
