The place is 5 blocks away from “La Quinta Avenida” (5th av). Approximately 7- 10 minutes walking. There you will find restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, an active nightlife and shops of all kinds. The beach is only one block further from “la Quinta”. There are a number beach clubs along that street.
The neighborhood is quiet and still keeps a local vibe.

I like to travel a lot, I am laid back and love the beach, nature and adventures.
Also I love a comfortable bed, nice architecture and decor.
