Spacious 1930s character home situated on a large lot downtown. Privacy in the city with a wooded park to the rear of the property. Open floor plan with large dining, kitchen and living spaces. Close to restaurants, pubs, Coronation Park, NB walking trail. Private rear patio with pergola for outdoor dining. Large garden area. Lots of windows and light.

Thank you for checking my airbnb listing. I'm so excited to share The Mill house/La Maison du Moulin as a vacation home with you all. In the 1930s, the Bathurst pulp and paper mill built a neighbourhood of lovely well designed solid homes for their management employees. The original mill homes that remain are on a desirable character street downtown. Many of these homes are now being restored.
