Villa of 125m2 is enough for vacation of 4 guests who have 2 bedrooms at disposal, with king size beds, TV and their own en-suite bathroom equipped with showers.

A breathtaking living room surrounded by wall windows is sunny and equipped with a comfortable sofa and an interesting modern fireplace. The luxurious design features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet for guests and even covered outdoor grill to enjoy delicious meals at any time of the day.

Sveti Petar u Šumi, Istria County, Croatia

Small town got its name after the Benedictine monastery, which appears in historical documents from 1174. Unlike other Istrian villages and towns where a settlement was built on a hilltop with a church and its tower, with the edges of the hill dotted with houses, at Saint Peter there were no houses around either the church or the monastery. Its inhabitants lived a bit further away, in scattered hamlets situated next to fields and vineyards, on the edges of karst plains filled with the red soil they cultivated, just the way it is today.
