Casa Ariane is located in Porto Ronco municipality Ronco s/Ascona and offers a grandiose view over the lake and the Brissago Islands. The fully equipped, approximately 180 square meters large house has a heated pool with sunbathing lawn, two terraces as well as a barbecue area and a garage. An elevator will take you from the street to the living area.
A satellite TV, web radio and Wi-Fi as well as a washing machine and dryer are all present. Saturday or Sunday check-in for a minimum of seven days.

The space
From the street you take the lift to the 1st floor with swimming pool (in operation from the beginning of March to the end of October, heated to 25 degrees from the 1st of April to the 31st of October) and sunbathing lawn as well as to the 2nd floor to the terrace, sunbathing lawn and barbecue area as well as to the ground floor with living room with bar, kitchen, guest toilet and bedroom with bathroom en suite with 2 pools, shower and bathtub.
In the house a staircase leads to the first floor. There is a second living room
with TV and desk as well as the second bedroom with double bed and the single room. There is also a bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as two sinks. There is also a balcony with views from Ascona via Locarno to the Bellinzona Valley and on the other side to Cannobio and Luino in Italy. All rooms have private access to terrace or balcony.
Lugano Airport is about 45 minutes away and Milan Malpensa is about 1.5 hours away by car, Zurich Airport about 3 hours away. Locarno Train Station is a 15-minute drive away.
By bus you can reach Ascona in 10 min. and by boat you can reach all Swiss places on Lake Maggiore including the natural paradise of the Brissago Islands.
